General Information
All items are made to order. A proof will be provided via email or text within 48 hours, but usually within 24 hours of ordering. Once proof is approved by you, your item will be sent into production and cannot be changed or cancelled. Production times are normally 5-7 days but during the holidays, they can be up to 14 days, so please plan accordingly.
Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the United States.
If you need delivery outside the US, please contact us at theblanketloft@gmail.com with the shipping address, and we will be happy to give you a quote for the shipping cost.
Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are a flat item rate of $10.50. Each additional item that is shipped with the first item to the same address is an additional $5.00. All items need to be on the same order to have combined shipping.
