Are your blankets personalized?

Yes! All blankets from The Blanket Loft are custom made and personalized. Each order is created specifically for the customer using the details provided at checkout.

Because of this, all items are made to order and carefully reviewed before production begins.


How long does it take to make my blanket?

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
Processing time does not include shipping transit time.


How long does shipping take?

After your order ships, delivery usually takes 5–7 business days within the United States.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.


How much does shipping cost?

  • Flat-rate shipping: $10.50

  • Additional items: $6.50 each

All shipping costs are clearly shown before checkout. We do not charge hidden fees.


Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States.


Can I cancel my order?

Yes — orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours, orders enter production and cannot be cancelled or modified due to the custom nature of our products.


Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

Changes may be possible within 24 hours of purchase.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change, and we will do our best to help before production begins.


Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because our blankets are custom and personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Incorrect personalization details provided by the customer

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind


What if my blanket arrives damaged or defective?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please email:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the damage or defect

Once verified, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.


Who pays for return shipping on defective items?

If a return is required due to a confirmed defect or damage, we cover the return shipping costs and will provide a prepaid return label when applicable.


How will I receive tracking information?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change the shipping address, contact us as soon as possible so we can correct it before it ships.
