These Terms govern your use of The Blanket Loft website and services.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse our site or content. All images, designs, and text belong to The Blanket Loft.

Intellectual Property

All product images, descriptions, logos, and design materials are the intellectual property of The Blanket Loft.

Personalized Products

By submitting customization details, you confirm you have rights to the content and that it is lawful and appropriate.

Pricing & Payment

All payments are processed securely via Stripe and/or PayPal. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, DISCOVER, and PayPal.

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment is required at checkout. 

Order Processing

All of our products are custom-made to order. Production begins once payment is received. A proof will be emailed 1-2 business days after order is placed and requires confirmation to avoid delays.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours.

Personalized items are non-refundable except in cases of defects or errors.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect customer information, or misuse of products.

Dispute/Arbitration / Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions, or your use of The Blanket Loft’s products or services, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties.

If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute through negotiation, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Salt Lake County, Utah, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorney’s fees, unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

By agreeing to these terms, you waive the right to participate in any class action or representative proceeding and agree to resolve all disputes through individual arbitration.
